After completing this module, you will be able to:

Use basic tools (such as the Emotion Wheel or grounding exercises) to support emotional resilience.

Facilitate a short group reflection or discussion on climate emotions.

Apply active listening techniques to validate and support individuals experiencing eco-anxiety.
