These Terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the online learning platform of the project WARM – Promoting wellness and resilience in eco-anxiety (“the Platform”). By creating an account, accessing any course or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
About the platform
The Platform provides free online training materials, self-learning modules and tools developed within the EU-funded WARM project. It is intended for educational and professional development purposes and does not provide individual clinical or therapeutic services.

Project partners contribute to the development of content, administration and quality assurance of the Platform. All partners operate under GDPR-compliant agreements and within the scope of the WARM project.
Eligibility
The Platform is intended primarily for adults engaged in professional development, education or related fields. By registering, you confirm that:
- you are at least 16 years old, and
- the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
User accounts
To access courses and track your progress, you must create a user account using a valid email address and a chosen username. You are responsible for:
- keeping your login credentials confidential,
- all activities carried out under your account,
- informing the administrators immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Acceptable use
When using the Platform, you agree not to:
- share your login details with other persons,
- upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, discriminatory or inappropriate,
- attempt to disrupt, damage or interfere with the Platform or its security,
- use the Platform for commercial, political or promotional activities unrelated to the WARM project,
- violate any intellectual property rights associated with the Platform or its content.
The Platform is intended solely for learning, reflection and professional development within the project scope.
Learning activities and submissions
Courses may include reflective exercises, voluntary self-assessments and written responses related to eco-anxiety and mental health. These are designed for educational and awareness-raising purposes only.
Your participation in such activities is voluntary. Any personal or sensitive information you choose to share will be handled according to the Platform’s Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all materials on the Platform – including texts, graphics, images, videos, tools and downloadable resources – are the intellectual property of the WARM project consortium or its partners and are protected under applicable copyright laws.
You may:
- view and use the materials for personal learning and non-commercial educational purposes,
- share links to the Platform for dissemination of the project and its results.
You may not:
- reproduce, distribute or modify content for commercial purposes,
- re-upload course content to other platforms without permission,
- claim authorship or ownership over project materials.
Availability of the platform
We aim to provide continuous access to the Platform, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free from errors. Access may be temporarily suspended or restricted for maintenance, updates or technical reasons.
We reserve the right to modify, update or remove content, features or services at any time without prior notice.
Disclaimer
The Platform and its content are provided for educational purposes and do not constitute medical, psychological or psychiatric advice, diagnosis or treatment. Users should not rely on the Platform as a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the WARM project partners and the coordinating institution (Panteion University) shall not be liable for any:
- direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform,
- decisions or actions taken based on information contained on the Platform,
- emotional or psychological responses to course content,
- loss of data, technical failures or service interruptions.
Termination and suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if:
- you breach these Terms and conditions,
- you misuse the Platform or its content,
- your account is inactive for an extended period and project requirements change.
You may terminate your use of the Platform at any time by deleting your account or by contacting the Platform administrator.
Data protection and privacy
The processing of personal data through the Platform is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood that Policy.
Governing law
These Terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the European Union and the national law of Greece, where the coordinating institution (Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences) is established.
Changes to these terms and conditions
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, technical or project-related changes. Any updates will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.
