Educational purpose of the platform
The online learning platform of the project WARM – Promoting wellness and resilience in eco-anxiety (“the Platform”) is designed for educational and professional development purposes only. All modules, tools and activities focus on raising awareness, building skills and supporting reflection on eco-anxiety, climate-related emotions and mental wellbeing.
The content provided on the Platform does not constitute medical, psychological or psychiatric diagnosis, treatment or therapy.
No medical or clinical advice
The Platform does not provide individual clinical assessment, counselling or crisis intervention. The information offered in courses, examples, case studies and exercises is general in nature and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice from a qualified healthcare or mental health professional.
You should always consult a qualified professional regarding any questions or concerns about your mental health or the mental health of others.
Emotional impact of content
Some modules address topics such as eco-anxiety, climate distress, grief, loss, and other complex emotions. While the content is designed with care, it may evoke strong feelings or reflections in some users.
If you experience significant distress while using the Platform, you are encouraged to:
- pause or discontinue the exercise or module,
- reach out to a trusted person or colleague,
- seek support from a qualified mental health professional or relevant local services.
The Platform is not intended for use as an emergency or crisis service.
No emergency or crisis service
The Platform does not monitor individual user activity in real time and cannot respond to urgent situations. It must not be used in place of emergency services, crisis hotlines or local mental health services.
If you believe that you or someone else may be at immediate risk of harm, you should contact your local emergency number or appropriate crisis service in your country without delay.
Accuracy and completeness of information
The WARM consortium makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all information on the Platform is accurate, up to date and based on current knowledge at the time of publication. However, no guarantee is given that the information is free from errors, omissions or typographical inaccuracies.
The content may be updated, modified or removed without prior notice.
Use of tools and exercises
Tools (such as self-assessments, reflection prompts, eco-emotional exercises or Active Hope practices) are intended to support self-reflection, professional learning and group facilitation skills. They are not diagnostic instruments and do not replace clinical tools or formal evaluation procedures.
Users are responsible for how they choose to apply these tools in their own context and are encouraged to act within the limits of their competence and professional guidelines.

The Platform may include references or links to external websites, publications, tools or organisations. These links are provided for informational purposes only.
The WARM consortium does not control, endorse or assume responsibility for the content, policies or practices of any third-party websites or resources.
